I havent done my kit yet but I wanted to give a full five stars for quality customer service asap 🥰💖 ive had some etsy horror stories which is why i really wanted to find a small business and I'm glad I found this shop. Quality kit clearly made with love, a handmade instruction book, and video references, I knew I made the right choice, but even better, when there was a small hiccup with my package, the help and quick response I got from Kelly was great 💖 and an extra thank you for the add-on as well 🥹 after a rough month with customer service elsewhere this experience was a breath of fresh air and a great start to my punch needle journey. My first time doing punch needling and this kit was perfect. Included a packet with pictures along with a detailed step by step through the craft. And the seller has a Youtube that was extra helpful!
