Easy to assemble: The frame comes unassembled with 4 wood planks with gripper strips attached, 8 screws and a small hexagonal screw tool to get your frame assembled in no time at all.
Sturdy construction: Wood frame is sturdy and long-lasting to keep you punching like a pro for years to come.
FLEECE COVER: Keeps the pointy gripper strips from scratching your arms and hands while punching.
CORNER GUARDS: The corner guards help keep the extra prickly corners from punching your arms while using.
Frame gripper strips are very sharp, this frame is NOT recommended for children.
